General Questions
Need to return or exchange something? Email us at info@artfairapparel.com and we will get you sorted.
Classic items (and coloring books) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for US customers.
Limited drop items are made to order specifically for you, so we are not able to accept returns on those.
International returns can get a little complicated, so just email us and we will figure out the best option together.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that to track your order on the carrier's website.
We do our best to process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change please email info@artfairapparel.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it goes out.

Product Questions
Each product page has a size chart to help you find the right fit. When in doubt, size up!
The material for each product is listed on the product page under Product Details. If you have more questions, reach out at info@artfairapparel.com.
If a tee is available in other colors, they will all be listed on the product page. We screen print in large batches and cannot do custom single-item orders, but if there is a color you are hoping for, let us know and we will keep it in mind!
Turn it inside out, wash cold, skip the bleach, and dry on delicate or hang dry. It really does keep the print looking great for a long time.

Payment Questions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify using industry-standard encryption. Your information is safe with us.

Shipping Questions
For Classic items, after they're been shipped, orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 days. International orders vary by location.
For limited drop items, we make these to order, so the timeline also depends on our Colorado screen printers. Check the product page or your order confirmation for the specific timeline.
For tees or other general items, shipping within the US is a flat $5. Snail Mail Club subscription shipping is not extra and is included in the price of the monthly mailer!
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs duties or import charges may apply upon delivery and are not included in the order total.
